Abstract ：The kind of stealth coatings and correlation of spray quality and its stealth performance were introduced.The defects caused by coating spray process and their causes of radar absorbing coatings and infrared stealth coatings were analyzed in detail，effective measures to control the stealth paint spraying process quality were explored.
