Abstract: Laser manufacturing technology is a kind of green manufacturing technology which is full of potential for development of high flexibility． Describes applications of laser technology in different areas，different manufacturing process including laser welding，laser cladding and laser surface alloying，laser quenching，laser surface modification，laser cutting，laser rapid forming，laser drilling，laser nanometer manufacturing，and prospects the research and development tend of laser manufacturing technology．
