Abstract: In order to effectively implement online detection problem of printing coating thickness in production of wallpapers to enhance the quality of wallpapers and productive efficiency， the online measurement system for thickness of printing coating is researched. Based on laser sensor principle， TMS320F2812DSP core processor， the issue of coating thickness measurement is resolved. And the system is able to implement online dynamic detection and non-contact measurement for thickness of printing coating.
