Abstract:The commercial production and applications of diamond coating tools are always restricted by the poor adhesion power between diamond coatings and cemented carbide substrates. The various property evaluation methods and the application tests of diamond-coated tools used in studies are summarized and it is hoped that it can guide the evaluation and improvement for properties of diamond coated tools.
