Abstract: The situation and development of arc spraying technology as one of the key technologies of remanufacture engineering was introduced. The development of power and organization of delivering-silk, the key equipments of arc spraying,was elaborated. The delivering-silk system of push-pulls, the emphasis of development, was pointed out. The domestic and foreign status of research and application on mechanized spraying installment and the system of spraying robot was also introduced. The crafts of way planning and the real-time monitoring of robot were introduced. The develop trend of the technology of automatic arc spraying, including the enhancement of the performance and quality of automatic arc spraying and the realization of the technology of intellectualization and automatic arc spraying completely, was forecasted.
