Abstract：85%, 95%, 100% of Cr2O3 ceramic coating was made by CP-3000 subsonic gun on 45 steel surface, and then the ceramic coating was sintered at 1055℃ in the resistance furnace. Through dry and water lubrication friction for different proportion ceramic coating at room temperature, the mass loss of coating and ring with the change of time and load was analyzed. The results show that a certain amount of glazed material can improve, the resistance of Cr2O3 ceramic coating, and 95% of the coating has optimal wear-resisting performance.
