Abstract New advance on six kinds of typical arc spraying wires in china was introduced. It was presented that the application of arc spraying cored wires is the developing tendency of thermal spray wires. Research and application in wear resistance and corrosion resistance for arc spraying cored wires are pointed in this paper.
