Abstract:The effects of surface coating on the frictional characteristics of hydraulic jacking equipment blades were analyzed. Three sets of uncoated, nickel phosphorus coated and sulphurized coated hydraulic jacking equipment blades friction characteristics data were compared and studied. The results show that the surface accuracy of the substrate is greater than the accuracy of the two groups with surface coating, and the maximum surface roughness happens to the nickel-phosphorus coating; via surface coating, the surface hardness is significantly enhanced, and the thickness of sulphurized surface surface coating is larger than that of nickel-phosphorus coating; the coating factors have a significant effect on the improvement of the blades condition. The sulphurized coating improves the antifriction characteristics of hydraulic jacking equipment blades better than nickel-phosphorus coating.
