Abstract：The application environment and the influence of corrosion of the aluminum thermal conductive tube anti -corrosion coating were analyzed. A nano -coating was selected for special aluminum alloy heat transfer tube, the corrosion conditions was compared with similar corrosion -resistant coating, at the same time, the performance test of heat transfer aspects and economic evaluation of the nano -coated aluminum alloy heat transfer tubes were finished.
