Abstract：CNTs/AT40 composite coating was prepared by micro-plasma spraying, the microstructure, porosity and high temperature properties of the coating were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the coating is dense, the spray particles are melted enough and compressed, CNTs are distributed uniform and clear visibility. The average porosity is below 5%, when the content of CNTs is 3wt%, the lowest porosity is 1.86%. In the thermal oxidation process from 35 ℃ to 700 ℃,the initial mass loss temperature of CNTs is 471.29 ℃, the high temperature properties of the 7wt%CNTs/AT40 coating are improved, the initial mass loss temperature raises to 548.95 ℃ and the mass loss ratio of CNTs is droped from 100% to 25%.
