Abstract：Cold Spray Technology was found by Russian scientists in 1980s and its subsequent developed and commercialized by occidental researchers. The number of research papers，patent applications and Technologies (Equipments) on Cold Spray has grown exponentially in current decade. The main motivation for this review is to summarize on progress of new technique to help researchers，engineers and graduate students. Chinese adage：A workman must first sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well. You'd better believe it。
