The repaired method of hydrostatic spindle of boring machine based on thermal spraying

Abstract: Aimed at the serious fault of the hydrostatic spindle of boring machine，according to the working principle and the performance requirement of the hydrostatic spindle of boring machine，this paper analyzes and makes the repaired process applying the methods such as thermal spraying． Comparing the using situation of the repaired spindle with the original spindle，we can conclude that the machining accuracy has kept well and the equipment has been stable for 3 years．
