　　Abstract: There are many harmful factors including dust, toxic gases, high temperature, arc radiation and noise etc in thermal spraying process. The safety and health of operators are threatened by these hazards. So we should improve working conditions and protective measures according to actual situation when thermal spraying is operated，to minimize the effects of harmful factors and create safe working environment.
