Abstract
By plasma spraying and subsequent heat/reduction treatment (La0.8Sr0.2)0.9MnO3 d and Ni protection coatings for Cr-based interconnect were prepared. The appropriate processing parameters for plasma spraying were determined. The phase transition and conductivity of (La0.8Sr0.2)0.9MnO3 d coating were studied by XRD and standard DC four-point method. The morphology of (La0.8Sr0.2)0.9MnO3 dand Ni coatings was characterized by SEM. The results show that (La0.8Sr0.2)0.9MnO3 d and Ni coatings adhered well to the interconnect and were effective in protecting the interconnect from oxidation and corrosion.
