[Abstract]This paper deals with basic process of thermal spraying , the methods and characters of the spraying. Especially deals with antisepsis theory, technics flow and economic analyses of the hull thermal spraying,and prefigures out the wild application foreground and great potentials of thermal spraying used in hull antisepsis.
