Abstract:The influence of arc spraying parameters on the adhesive strength andwearing resistance of 3Cr13 coating was studied by orthogonal design test.The results of experiment show that the main parameter influencing the stability of coating properties is the arc current firstly and is the spraying distance secondly.The primary and secondary order which is determined by adhesive strength of the coating is different from which is determined by weight loss of wearing.When the arc current is certain,too big or too small of spraying distance are distadvantageous to the stability of the coating properties.And the stability of the adhesive strength is worstwhen the spraying distance and air pressure compound reversely.The porosity and oxide in the coating are the main reasons influencing the coating properties.Large arc current can decrease the porosity and oxide and is propitious to increase the density,adhesive strength and wearing resistance of the coating.
