Abstract: Precursor decomposition/crushing and atomizing/ Precursor decomposition ( SD/PP) procedures are used to prepare three kinds of reacting thermal powder. The test on TiC -Fe composite coatings reveals the coating sprayed with powder that is prepared by the means of atomizing/Precursor decomposition has better wear resistance and comprehensive property.
