Abstract:The nanometer ZrO2 ceramic coating was prepared by subsonic speed flame spraying. The influences of nanometer ZrO2 on microstructure and high-temperature oxidation resistance of the ceramic coating were studied. The results show that, when adding proper quantity of nanometer ZrO2, the microstructure of spraying coating can be fined and high-temperature oxidation resistance of coating enhances. When the ceramic coating contains 19% nanometer ZrO2, the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the coating is best.
