Abstract: Total lead content in powder paint was determined by ICP Optical Emission Spectrometer, Analysis and comparison by using wet digestion, dry ashing and microwave digestion. The results showed that high precise and simple testing process could be got by graphite hot block digestion; the higher precise,much simpler process and rapidity could be got by microwave digestion method.
