Abstract
In this paper is shown the correlation between the cooling gradient of the elaborated coatings the dynamic of the induced microstructural modifications in mono or multilayered structures. Monolayer NiCrFeSiB was obtained by conventional flame spray utilization of electrodes, wires powders, duplex layer MeCrAlY/ZrO2Y2O3 was obtained by APS, HVOF techniques by utilizing nanometer or micron powders, triplex layer MeCrAlY/MeCrAlY90% + Al2O30%/ZrO2Y2O3 was obtained by APS HVOF techniques by utilizing micron /or nanometer powders.
