Abstract： How to extend the service life of crusher teethr has became an important research topic in the application and development of crusher, the main influence factors of classification crusher tooth service life was analyzed in this paper. Through the research of load distribution on the broken tooth disc and shaft in the course of crushing material, obtained the importance of the wear resistant coating to the crusher and crushing teeth, and according to the characteristics of epoxy resin wear -resistant coating and experimental data analysis of the crusher and JNT 90 series coating, the feasibility of epoxy resin wear-resistant coating using in the crushing teeth was obtained.
