Fig.1 shows the friction coefficient of the Zn-Al-Mg-TiO2 coating and Zn-Al coating respectively. The friction coefficient curve of the Zn-Al-Mg-TiO2 coating is smooth, the amplitude is small, and the average friction coefficient is 0.2974. The friction coefficient of Zn-Al coating is obviously higher than the Zn-Al-Mg-TiO2 coating, and the fluctuation amplitude of friction coefficient is larger. This is because the Zn-Al-Mg-TiO2 coating has fewer pores, the structure is dense, and the relatively smooth contact surface during the experiment make the Zn-Al-Mg-TiO2 coating has better wear resistance.
