Abstract: The preparation methods，mechanical，and thermophysical properties of AlN particles reinforced copper ( AlNp /Cu) composites were discussed，and the preparation techniques of the materials were analyzed，and some advices were put forward． It is helpful to improve techniques or develop new preparation methods of Cu-based composite．
