[Abstract] The effectofprocessing parameter to the physical chemistry capability and structure ofcoatprepared by normal thermal decomposition method is studied in this article. The result shows: 1)with the temperature arising, thewidth ofcoatcrack increases. When the preparation temperature ofcoat is600℃, the coatcan separate outRu elemen.t 2)When contentofRu is lower, the structure of coat is Sn-base sosoloid. When contentofRu is higher, the structure of coat isRu-base sosoloid. Appending Sn in coat can refine the crystal grain. The crack of coat is fewwhen the contentofRu in coat is lowerand higher. 3)W ith the contentofCo in coatarising, the crystal grain becomes thinner and thinner. Bu,t theRu-Sn sosoloid is isolating andmaintaining. Appendingmuch Co in coat result that the Co oxide sloughs. At the same time, theRu oxide also sloughs. 4)The bestprepared processing parameter ofT-i base SnRuCo electrode is that the preparation temperature is500℃and themole ratio ofSn、Ru and Co is 61B35B4.
