Abstract:The plasma spraying of NiCrBSi + 15%WC coating and its microstructure and performance after oxyacetylene flame remelting were investigated. The microstructure of two coatings were observed using SEM and XRD, the microhardness was measured by microhardness instrument. Finally, the friction and wear performance were analyzed with MMU-5G friction and wear tester. The results show that the microscopic structure of the coating after flame remelting is significantly improved,the cracks and unmelted particles significantly reduces and the grain are refined. The hard phase, such as Cr23C6, CrB, Cr2B3,W2C, make the wear performance of coating improve significantly. The microhardness of the coating remelting through flame remelting can reach 800 HV.
