Abstract:In this paper,according to the production practice of aircraft landing gear,the process flows are clarified,and the process procedure and acceptance methods are standardized.After that this paper summarizes the process and quality control of the HVOF spraying.By means of the hardware and software control in the advance preparation of pre-spray,spray coating process and spray post-processing,the product percent of pass can be improved effectively and the quality of the product after spraying can be ensured.
