Abstract: A one-component stain-resistant coating with low surface energy was prepared by selecting different heat-resistant organic silicones and surface anti-staining agents.The optimal process conditions were ascertained as follows:C-type fluorine-modified organic silicone resin 100 g and surface anti-staining agent KW3 1.5 g, curing at 300 °C for 20 min. The coating prepared under the above conditions was compared with a commercially available product based on the high temperature resistance and artificial accelerated aging test results, and the comprehensive performance of the coating was determined. The results showed that the prepared coating has uniform and smooth appearance with adhesion strength 1 grade, pencil hardness 6H, impact strength 50 kg·cm, water contact angle 106° and oil drop sliding time 26 s. The coating has good hydrophobicity and oleophobicity after artificial accelerated aging for 800 h and heating at 300 °C for 72 h.
