ABSTRACT The low temperature performance of the heat insulation coatmaterial at different solidified time was studied, and the reason that thematerial ruptured at low temperaturewas analysed, then the solutionwas put forward. By improving technics, coating quality and performance parameterwas advanced effectively and rupture ratewas reduced. By low temperature selection, stress asymmetry phenomena insidewas decreased and rejects could be eliminated effectively.
