Abstract There were exist some problems of the storage tanks exposured long-term sun ned to be resolved by cooling and to bear long-time corrosion.From the aspect of design of bilayer coating,the coatings with outstanding comprehensive properties were obtained by combining the thermal spraying coating and the heat-reflection organic coating.The experimental results showed that the bilayer coatings had excellent heat insulation and long-term corrosion resistance.
