Abstract：Two kinds of spraying technology of anti-erosion used in last stage blades of steam turbine was introduced；the microstructure and the properties of coatings obtained by the two kinds of spraying technology；the application performances of two kinds of spraying technology were compared by Erosion experiments. The theoretical basis is provided for domestic HVOF technology replacing the foreign DS technology in the future，achieving the localization of the spray coatings for turbine blades.
