Abstract:The corrosion resistance performance of three kinds of protective coatings for GH907 alloy was investigated by the salt spray and heat exposure cycle corrosion experiment. The corrosion images and products were both compared and analyzed particularly with SEM and EDS, the change of corrosion rates was also explored respectively.The results show that the three coatings are destroyed in various degrees, and the basic metal is oxidation corrosion. The corrosion resistance of TW-7 coating (sublayer and face layer) is better than both SKNC-65 coating and TW-7 coating (sublayer). The corrosion mechanisms of three kinds of coatings are different.
