Abstract: Commercial vehicle axle surface coating salt- fog resistance increased from 120 h to300 h was achieved in existing production condition and coating process of without any change under the premise, only by optimization of the coating performance and improvement of antirust technology of the axle assembly place where it difficult to paint and assembly gap site.
